You may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) with the invoice in the original packaging in new, unused and undamaged condition. Lamps must be returned with their boxes, inserts and all packing materials to be accepted. If you do not return the products within 7 days of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return outside of this time frame. Contact CustomerService@Bloomr.com with your order number and mention which items to be returned.
Customers are responsible for organizing returns and the costs associated with returns.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
Items such as bedding linens, pillows, cushion covers and textiles etc will not be applicable for any Return/Exchange request due to hygiene reasons.

Customer Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.

Refunds
For Returns received within 7 days and in their original condition, refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.
Final sale
Items marked final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. They are considered final sale.
Cancellations
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but if your items are eligible for return then you can return them per our policy above.
